Artist's Comments

To get my id off my recent submission list, I've entered the wallpaper version of "Majesty"... I removed that goddamn awful glow off the planet and made changes to the texture to bring out the detail better. 1280x1024 only at the moment, but feel free to download and downsize.

Comments, +favs and +watches appreciated as always.

well done alex. good work on the planet, i like the texture of it alot, nice compilation. only one thing i can really suggest with your planets is that you sharpen them up a LOT. it makes them look extremely computer-generated, and almost give them a lack-luster feel, i dont know if there's a method you can use to correct this, and i dont mean this as an insult, simply a critique from my opinionated self. the starfield is great as well, but i see all these little patches of extra-sharpened horizontal lines, maybe i'm hallucinating. well done nonetheless, this image was worth a long comment, you don't find those very often.
